Linda Kalmbach is a licensed private investigator, licensed by the Private Security Bureau of Texas as well as being licensed in Arizona, Arkansas, Missouri, and New Mexico. After the establishment of Kalmbach & Associates, Ms. Kalmbach attended numerous specialty courses involving workplace investigations, white-collar crime, and international fraud and banking laws through the University of Florida in Miami. Ms. Kalmbach developed and maintained extensive liaisons with various county, state, and federal agencies, as well as foreign governments.

Billing Rates
Billing Rates as they apply:
- Genealogy Services: $4500
- Investigations and surveillance: (Minimum Retainer Required: $2500)
- $125/hour
- Weekend and Holidays: Billed in Time and a Half
- Testimony (deposition or trial), Standby, and Travel: $250/hour
- Mileage Rate: $.50/mile
- Database expenses vary.
- Other expenses are at cost.
- Sales Tax
Process Delivery Services
Process servers at Investigative Associates are notary public's and have completed the required state-approved training course to be certified by the Supreme Court of Texas to deliver court-issued documents. Process servers are kept updated on all current civil rules governing the service of process in all 50 states and foreign countries.
