Benefits of
Distance Learning
Courses
|
We are dedicated to providing quality courses in the
investigative arena that will assist both the entry level investigator as
well as the seasoned pro. As you see, these courses are provided by
qualified instructors and each course is approved for Continuing Education
(CE) credits for private investigators in Texas as well as many other
states. More states are pending course approval.
Certainly live seminars are beneficial when questions
can be asked and feedback occurs between the students and the instructor.
But when time is of the essence or if time or a busy schedule doesn't
permit attending seminars, then Distance Learning is there.
Some of the other benefits of a good Distance Learning
program include:
·
|
Choose the courses that meet your needs rather than
having to accept what is offered at a seminar. |
·
|
Reduce your costs for travel
time, hotel expenses, mileage expense and meal expenses traveling to and from
seminars. |
·
|
Read the course material and study at your leisure
without losing valuable billing hours. |
·
|
Receive quality education while testing your
knowledge and proficiency through the testing process. |
·
|
Receive a state approved Continuing Education (CE)
certificate upon successful completion of the course. |
Each student can sign up through the attached course
order form, which is in pdf format, downloadable and printed off the web
site. The student can fill out the order form for the desired courses and
send a check or money order for the courses payable to "Investigative
Associates, Inc." Once the course order form
and check are received and
processed, the student will receive the course material along with a take
home exam via email in pdf format. The student will complete the test and
return the test for grading. A passing grade is a test score of 70% or
higher. The student will have sixty (60) days from
receipt of the course to complete the test. Once the test is completed and
the student passes each specific course a CE certificate for that course
will be sent to the student. If additional time is needed please contact
me for an extension. Again, we thank you for trusting us with your
continuing education. We look forward to assisting you in your continued
educational pursuits.
